Dodong (Jay Manalo) relocates his family to Manila to look for a better life. But his dream for a better future starts crumbling when he catches his son sniffing solvent. He confronts the narco pushers responsible for his sons addiction, but they turn out to be henchmen of an influential cop. Angered by Dodongs actions, the policeman arrests and gave him ill-treatment. Dodong is later freed, only to find out that his wife and son are eliminated. The tragedy drives Dodong over the edge. He turns into a copkiller and soon, the press starts calling wangbu which means crazy madman. With public opinion going against him, can Dodong expose the police officer’s illegal activities and make people believe?
