In a town somewhere in the South, lives a fisherman named Manolo who tries to stop the illegal practice of dynamite fishing. In doing so, he accidentally finds a mermaid who was injurd by the dynamite. He brings the mermaid to shore and to Manolo's surprise, her fins disappears and she became a normal person. The comedy and romance starts as Manolo brings her home.
