A cult leader who turns out to be their estranged father is supporting the druglord. Both brothers are out to bring down the cult leader -- one to save lives and solve criminality, the other is out for revenge for their mother.

Seems like her nipple was covered by tape. Just wanted to share a comedy movie that you would expect to be G-rated but with full frontal nudity.
