A touching drama about two young women who look alike but so different with each other. Angela is innocent and vulnerable. She comes to Manila with the hopes of staying with her living relatives but she is rejected. Finally she finds solace in Flor's place and for the meantime, takes the place of Anita. Anita is strong-willed, determined and worldly. She is made to believe she will be brought to Japan to earn money but instead she finds herself working for a syndicate. Angela and Anita. Two persons. One Face. One the opposite of the other...and yet, their lives are connected by fate in this film of false expectations, fervent hope and true love.
