Jess Lapid Jr, is a policeman assigned to take charge of the metro narco problem. After an unexpected shoot-out turns awry he finds himself suspended. Back in Cebu, his brother is going underground as a pusher for one of the syndicates. Caught in the crosshairs of the narco trade, his brother gets terminated in an ambush. The Cebu police whitewashes the case which leads Lapid to go there and straighten things out.
