Tondo was shocked to learn that their hero is eliminated. Rigor, an upright policeman who has been instrumental in clearing Tondo if crimes and narco was allegedly shot and thrown in the river by some crooks who are probably seeking revenge. Soon after, Tondo returns to its old self chaotic, crime prone and narcos polluted. But Rigor shows up again, this time in another identity as Sugo ng Tondo because he continues to fight crime the way he used to. Later, people begin to suspect the resemblance between Rigor and their new hero leading them to conclude that Rigor did not disappeared after all. Yet, another Sugo shows up and does destructive actions demolishing the reputation of the real Sugo ng Tondo. Now Rigor would have to come out in the open and defend himself to protect the image he took so long to keep.

Meanwhile, Carlo discovers the Don's business in narco and he tries to quit. He wants to concentrate on his search for a long lost half brother. It turns out that masked men has previously eliminated his father and stepmother and has captured his half-brother.
